By booking a ticket with Marlin Fast Boat, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all fast boat transfers between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

Booking Terms and Boat Transfer Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of fast boat services provided by Marlin Fast Boat between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Ticketing

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed after full payment.

  • E-tickets or booking confirmations must be presented at check-in (digital or printed).

  • Passengers must provide accurate personal details when booking. Marlin Fast Boat is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

2. Check-in & Boarding

  • Check-in time is at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

  • Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the ticket. No refund or reschedule will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

  • All passengers must present valid ID (passport or national ID) at check-in.

3. Schedule & Delays

  • Departure and arrival times may be affected by weather or operational conditions. While we strive to maintain schedules, we do not guarantee punctuality.

  • Marlin Fast Boat will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses due to delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or operational factors beyond our control.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by Customer:

    • More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund.

    • 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

  • Cancellations by Marlin Fast Boat:
    In the event of cancellation due to weather or technical issues, we will offer:

    • Free reschedule to the next available trip, OR

    • Full refund, if reschedule is not possible.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours before original departure time, subject to seat availability.

  • Requests within 24 hours of departure are considered last-minute and may not be accommodated.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Each passenger is allowed 1 cabin-size bag (max 20kg).

  • Oversized or excess baggage may be subject to additional charges.

  • Marlin Fast Boat is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.

7. Safety & Liability

  • All passengers travel at their own risk. We highly recommend travel insurance coverage.

  • Marlin Fast Boat is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages caused by:

    • Natural disasters, sea conditions, or weather,

    • Third-party services (e.g. land transport),

    • Failure to follow crew instructions or safety procedures.

8. Children & Infants

  • Infants under 3 years old may travel free of charge, but must sit on an adult’s lap.

  • Children aged 3–10 may receive discounted fares (based on our pricing policy).

9. Health & Pregnancy Policy

  • Pregnant passengers over 6 months are not recommended to travel due to sea conditions.

  • Passengers with heart conditions, serious back problems, or mobility challenges should consult a doctor before traveling.

10. Conduct Onboard

  • Passengers must follow instructions from the crew at all times.

  • Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or abusive may result in refusal of service without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.
